Sitting at nearly 33 weeks pregnant, I  filmed a quick mobility video to give some ideas of how to keep yourself moving during pregnancy. I have continued my training throughout pregnancy, still lifting weights at the gym and doing interval training. (all be it a little lighter than usual) Dany would have chopped my legs off if I had continued leg pressing 200 kg ;-)

Have a quick look at the video- Mobility in Pregnancy it’s suitable for all special populations or just to use as a nice mobility session a few times a week to keep the body moving or even just to get the body moving in the morning.

You could do one round of ten repetitions or use it as a circuit and repeat the whole sequence two or three times.

So even if you’re not in the pregnancy club, check it out and leave your feedback.

Not getting enough items on your To-Do list checked off?

Do you feel guilty because you’re not doing enough? I’ll be the first one to admit that I don’t always remain calm, zen and un-phased when I don’t get everything done.

Sometimes I get distracted; sometimes unforeseen events happen which get in the way of my ambitions. Sometimes I have a hard time not caring about unimportant things. I want the dishes to be clean and the house spotless, all my errands to be finished and everything neat and tidy.

My 14 year old daughter has been writing away for years.

Shannon Kennedy - Freefall

Shannon Kennedy - Freefall

When we arranged for her to have guitar lessons earlier this year with one of my  clients, Phil who is a Musician with Crush, she turned her stories into songs….

They recorded her first song, written with her friend Frankii arranging chords, played and sung by her…. a few weeks ago..they are now on to song number 2… I thought I’d share it with you.

Start using these 6 affirmations to help you change your outlook on life…

I give myself permission to do extraordinairy acts
I am worthy of having all my dreams come true.
Life is a gift, Thank You.
I listen to my heart, which awakens my genius
I have a great vision and money flows in to help me achieve it.
If I really want something I will dedicate every day to it.
It’s time to start appreciating every moment of every day. Give of yourself and plan for where you want to be from a good place rather than from a place of lacking.

Are you?

The past few days people have been talking to me about Britains Got Talent and in particular,  Susan Boyle.

Achieving her Goal..Susan Boyle

Achieving her Goal..Susan Boyle

She is 47 years of age and from Scotland. Her  goal is to be a professional singer.

This most unassuming 47 year old woman went on stage in front of hundred of thousands of people to sing.

Think it, shout it, feel it....it will come!

Have you seen the movie The Secret?

If you have you’ll know that it practically became the goal-achievement ‘bible’ overnight due to it’s very simple, yet very powerful message about how you can be, do and have practically anything in life that you want as long as you do one or two key things.

They are:

1. Think about what you want on a regular basis
2. Think about it positively

That was it really. That was the ‘secret’ of The Secret!

Now, I’m not knocking this at all, far from it. First off, most people (myself included) can be really unfocused and unclear about what they want and spending some time focusing can be really beneficial, right?

I know, funny question, but there is a point, you see, today is day 76 of 2009 which means that 77 days ago you were celebrating New Year’s Eve and, like most people, you were setting up your New Year’s Resolutions and goals.

Work on our Goals Together
And look, here we are at day 76 already.

Time goes by pretty quick, huh?

But I’m not just aiming to act as some kind of timekeeper or clockwatcher, rather I wanted to share something that I’ve been thinking about a lot this week.
