Did I leave any nutrition ‘facts’ out?? Yeah probably but only because there are thousands and thousands and thousands of them!!
So why decide to do this?? I am going to post a blog on Wednesday just before I commence my 5 day fast explaining why I decided to do this fast and also provide you with details of a wonderful system that is just so easy to help you burn fat and lose weight without a complicated diet or supplements!!
No you don´t have to do a 5 days fast!! And the system goes against all of the above nutrition FACTS!!
