I’d like you to take a look at your food labels….not the part where they tell you how much fat /protein/vitamins your getting…the ingredients section!
How many of the ingredients do you recognise…….
How many of the ingredients are man made…..
Make a list of anything thats in the recipe that isn’t ‘core ingredient’
For Example… if it’s a chicken korma….. you should have, chicken, onion, spices, coconut/coconut milk, probably salt thats pretty much it (if you were cooking a basic recipe fresh from scratch)
Anyway, back to your list.
Make a list, then go run some of the things you find through google……
