Lanarkshire residents can now join a fitness craze made hugely popular by such TV shows as Celebrity Fit Camp.

Time4Myself BOOT CAMP is a training schedule that incorporates old favourite workouts such as, push ups and lunges combined with more recent trends in Mind & Body exercise of Pilates and Yoga.

The catch however, is that fitness expert Judith Kennedy, along with her colleagues play the hard edged, no excuses sergeants to their clients and recruits. “This isn’t just a fitness class”, states Judith. “We have punishment systems which are enforced. A late recruit is given push ups, food diaries are scrutinized and by the end of the 4 week camp participants can expect to lose fat, increase fitness and feel a whole lot better in themselves, health wise and psychologically.”

Judith, a degree qualified sports therapists and sports & fitness coach, says that the BOOT CAMP isn’t really a trend; it’s a way of life. Your BOOT CAMP will teach you what you need to kick start your healthy lifestyle by getting your body into shape and educating you to make the right choices. It’s about discipline and pushing yourself.” Judith says. She never berates, puts down or makes a recruit feel inadequate. “It’s a support system helping recruits see how strong they can become and to kick bad habits. On 26th March Time4Myself BOOT CAMP starts in Carluke.

So are you going to renew or extend your fitness and change your way of life at the same time? At 6-7am in the morning you have time to go to Your BOOT CAMP before you go to work!!! More info on the camp is available from www.YourBOOTCAMP.co.uk or by calling Judith on 07050 606 607
